The Aussie boys Tame Impala have released their first official single off their upcoming album Lonerism.  It’s called “Elephant,” and it hearkens to the classic rock sounds of the 60′s and 70′s.  It’s layered and textured with all sorts of different unique elements.  I love it, and it makes me that much more excited to hear what Lonerism is about to bring us.  These guys are simply one of the best bands in the world currently.  Lonerism drops on October 9 here in the US.
